Kid Tapp™, operated by Marjorie Fowler, wants you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases and new subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and handles refunds on our behalf. To request a refund within 30 days of your order date:

Visit paddle.net and enter the email you used at checkout to manage your order and request a refund, or
Contact us through the in-app support channel and we will help you submit the request to Paddle.

What is eligible

The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time purchases and new subscription payments. Refund requests for renewal payments and other situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and is typically 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through paddle.net or the Parent Zone in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
