Payment card data is collected directly by our reseller Paddle and is never stored on our systems.

Customer support — performance of a contract.
Marketing communications, where sent — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Sharing with third parties

Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd. handles payments, subscription management, tax compliance and invoicing as our reseller.
Hosting & infrastructure providers that operate the platform on our behalf.
Analytics and error-monitoring subprocessors to help us improve reliability.
Professional advisers (legal, accounting) when necessary.
Authorities where required by law.

4. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Account data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after account closure. Transactional records kept by Paddle are retained per Paddle's policies and applicable tax law.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Kid Tapp is designed for family use. Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for supervising the child's use of the Service.
