This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may and may not do when using Kid Tapp™ (the "Service"), operated by Marjorie Fowler. By using the Service you agree to follow this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. What you may do

You may use the Service to:

Access learning content, games, books, and videos for personal or family use.
Create and manage child profiles under a parent or guardian account.
Subscribe to paid plans through the in-app store.
Contact support for help with your account.

2. What you may not do

You must not use the Service to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age.
Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others.
Upload, share, or attempt to generate harmful, illegal, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
Send spam, unsolicited messages, or scams.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Service, including probing, scanning, scraping, or distributing malware.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code of the Service.
Circumvent access controls, usage limits, or payment requirements.
Use the Service to mine cryptocurrency or run automated scripts without permission.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.

3. AI and generated content

If you use AI features in the Service, you are responsible for your prompts and how you use generated outputs. Do not use AI features to create harmful, misleading, or infringing content. We may review, filter, or restrict outputs that violate this policy.

4. Account responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising child use of the Service and for keeping account credentials and PINs secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend, terminate, or restrict access to the Service for conduct that violates this policy or creates risk of legal or security harm. We may also remove or disable content that violates this policy.

6. Reporting concerns

If you see content or behaviour that violates this policy, contact us through the in-app support channel.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
